These superfoods have the best nutrients for maintaining and enhancing your health, whilst also boosting your energy level and helping the fat burning process.

1. Apples

These are very low in calories and packed with loads of nutrients and phytonutrients helping to burn fat and prevent disease.

I have a majority of these foods on a daily basis, and I have experienced some amazing results. I used to hate green tea, but now I love it and its the first thing I drink in the morning. Who doesn’t love to munch on an apple!! Such a easy and simple way to help boost your body. I often put flaxseeds, blueberries, yoghurt or oats into my morning shake, ensuring I am getting a huge nutritional boost first thing.

There are only two things on the list I struggle with and thats lentils and chilli. I am not a huge fan of lentils… I think its because I don’t really know what to do with them or how to make them taste nice! Another thing to add to my list….Like Lentils. Chilli, on the other hand, I am just not a fan of hot food. I try to add chilli flakes to some meals, but honestly the smallest bit! I know how good it is to have though, so I am eager to try increase my tolerance for spicy food!
