All-Out August

ALL-OUT AUGUSTĀ 

All-Out August is here… And it’s time to forget all your excuses and reasons why you can’t workout or you can’t eat healthy. It’s time to take the bull by the horns and just go for it.

First of all, set yourself some new goals. For me, my legs and butt are not the shape I want them to be, so my new goals will be all about working on them and getting myself into the shape I want. I have also decided to set myself the challenge of completing three half marathons next year. I really enjoyed my first half marathon this year and would like to keep it up. I got into the routine of running and staying health but since then let myself slip back into bad habits. So feel free to join me.

August is the perfect time to start. Your children (if you have any, I don’t) are at home with you and if your worried that they will be a distraction, well then get them involved. Make it something fun for you to do together and set your family goals as well. If your still busy working then the best thing to do is plan, plan, plan! If you fail to plan, you plan to fail! By planning out meals or snacks…you are more likely to stay focused on on target to hitting your goals. I find the best thing to do is do a weeks shop and make extras. When you cook a meal, cook a little bit more which you can keep in the fridge for the next day. Or pop it in the freezer for later in the week. This way you can stay on plan and still eat yummy things. For me, I have a very busy lifestyle at the min, working three jobs, so planning is so crucial. Too many times I find myself out and about without anything to snack or eat. Then I usually end up eating something convenient from a shop, which is never the best.

On top of this, I am also taking part in a 45 Day Shred Challenge, set by my team and I. This is a package deal, using my products to achieve the ultimate results in a short amount of time. It’s a great way to kick start your healthy living and exercise routine, plus helps to flood your body with plenty of minerals, vitamins and nutrients from whole food sources that you may not get elsewhere. If eating healthy isn’t hard enough then this is a great way to ensure your getting all your body needs to fight disease and give you energy.
