I am absolutely loving our All-Out August Challenge! If you don’t know about it then check it out. You can find all the exercises on my Facebook Page, I am going to be putting them into a photo album so it’s easier to find and you can always go back to them at a later date!
I have started to change up a few of the exercises just to make it more interesting, also I find sometimes you can over do it following the same routine. Also a few of Team Elite’s clients gave me some feedback and so this also spurred me to try some variations.
I am certainly feeling the workout from today! My legs and lower abs are slightly sore, but I have been combining a few different workouts at the min. I am really getting into my yoga and have added this to my morning routine. Not only is it a great way to start the day and raise your energy but it helps give me stretch as well. I then complete my Inner Thigh Challenge which I have only recently started as I am frustrated with not seeing results on my legs. I then finish off with our All-Out Challenge. Seeing as the theme is giving up your excuses I think I have set myself a few challenges and am certainly sticking to them!
Are you finding it hard to stick to your routine? Does every day life just keep getting in the way? Well, one thing I have found that works for me, is making the workout an appointment. Just like any other appointment, I wouldn’t bail out at the last min so this helps me to stay focused. Also, for me I want to push my body and see what I can achieve. I find that taking my nutritional supplements help with this a lot. Not only does it give me the energy but I look forward to it. If you want any help or advice I am more than willing to help, but I am not a professional and do this all for fun but I draw on other people for influence and knowledge.
