Skip Rope – 30 skips

Squats – 20 Reps

Lunges – 10 Reps (Each leg)

Kick Backs – 10 Reps (Each leg)

Sumo Squat hold 20 Seconds

Step ups with kick back (Using the chair) – 10 Reps (Each Leg)

Donkey Kicks – 10 Reps (Each leg)

Fire Hydrants – 10 Reps (Each leg)

Plank – 20 Sec

Rainbows – 10 Reps

Plank – 20 Sec

Raised leg lunges – 10 Rep (Each leg)

REPEAT (As many times as you wish, I recommend 2-3 times)
