Well, it is going pretty well I must admit… I have managed to stay motivated and have kept up with the challenge. Usually by now I would have missed a few days or given up and hoped no-one noticed.
It’s certainly helping that I am getting up to do yoga every morning which then leads me into the Inner Thigh Challenge.
I am nervous to take my measurements this early on so keep putting it off… perhaps when I hit the two week mark I will have the courage to do it.
I can definitely notice some difference in the mirror but when your always looking it is sometimes hard to notice the small changes which can often be the biggest but you don’t see it because your too close.
I have also managed to go on a couple of runs however I want to do more as I know this will help… so I am going to keep pushing.
