Well.. I didn’t realise it had been so long since I posted last.
Due to my weekend away for a very good friends Hen Party… I have sadly lost a couple of days, but that hasn’t stopped me. I have still been working out up until that point and since being back.
I am definitely finding it helping me to stay consistent and focused. It’s 100% easier for me to wake up in the morning and get it done that way I am ready for the day and know I have done sufficient exercise for the day. Anything else I happen to do then becomes extra.
I can not wait to do another measurement.
