It’s a Saturday and I didn’t like the sound of my alarm this morning, but there was no way I was going to let my routine slip! So up I got and down stairs I went….
I started off with some yoga… I can’t get enough of it at the minute. It’s a great way to start the day and raise your energy, vibrations and also give you a sense of peace. I also enjoy doing it to see what my body can achieve…I want to be a bendy person! lol.
Anyway, I carried on with my inner thigh challenge… I thought I knew the sequence so tried to do it without looking at my instructions but I realised after that I missed out one exercise! Ops. Hopefully that won’t matter too much, and for only one day. I am certainly feeling it in my legs today.
